What makes Misha & Puff products unique?
Our pieces are handcrafted in Peru by skilled artisans using premium natural fibers like RWS-certified merino wool and Pima cotton. Each item is designed to be a durable heirloom that can be passed down through generations.
How should I care for my hand-knit garments?
To maintain the integrity of the natural fibers, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle wool wash. Lay flat to dry on a clean towel. Avoid wringing or hanging, as this can cause the garment to lose its shape.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 3-5 business days. During peak collection launches, processing may take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, including intimate apparel and final sale pieces, are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred at the time of delivery.
How do I determine the right size for my child?
