At Misha & Puff, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our heirloom-quality pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and spare buttons are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our studio team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
